User Interface Overview
The Merchant Portal user interface provides structured navigation, contextual information, and access to merchant configuration and operational data.

Primary Navigation Menu
The Primary Navigation Menu on the left side of the screen provides access to the main functional areas of the Merchant Portal.
- Transactions
- Analysis
- Administration
Within the Administration section, users can access the following configuration areas:
- Account
- Processing
- Tokenization
- Orchestration
- Mobile
- Users
- Webhooks
The currently selected menu item is highlighted. At the bottom of the navigation menu, the signed‑in username is displayed. Selecting the action menu (three vertical dots) opens user‑specific options, including sign‑out and user details.
Breadcrumb Navigation
The Breadcrumb Navigation at the top of the screen indicates the current position within the account hierarchy.
- Payment Service Provider (PSP)
- Division
- Merchant
This breadcrumb provides contextual awareness and allows navigation to higher levels in the hierarchy when available.
Header Utilities
The Header Utilities area in the upper‑right corner provides quick access to:
- Documentation
- Help
- Feedback
These options are available across the Merchant Portal to support users during their workflow.
Entity Selection Panel
The Entity Selection Panel on the right side of the screen allows users to browse and select entities within the hierarchy.
- Search for entities using the search field
- Expand or collapse PSP, division, and merchant levels
- Select an entity to load its details in the main content area
The currently selected entity is highlighted in the hierarchy.
Main Content Area
The Main Content Area displays detailed information for the selected entity. In this view, the Merchant Account is shown.
- Merchant identification and classification details
- Account status and creation information
- Tabs for switching between related account views
- API Token management, including status and enablement
- Action buttons (for example, Add and Edit) based on user permissions
