Transaction Details

The Transaction Details window provides a comprehensive view of all information related to a specific transaction. It is accessible directly from the transaction search results by clicking on any transaction row in the Transactions list.

This view brings together all relevant transaction data in one place, allowing users to review processing results, investigate issues, and understand how a transaction was handled end to end.

How to access Transaction Details

  • Navigate to the Transactions view.
  • Click on any transaction row in the results list.

Transaction Summary

At the top of the Transaction Details window, the most important transaction data is displayed at a glance. This summary provides an immediate overview before exploring the detailed information available in the tabs below.

  • Transaction ID
  • Amount
  • Currency
  • Date and Time
  • Cash Flow

The transaction summary remains visible while navigating between tabs, making it easy to keep context while reviewing additional details.

Back Office Operations

Back Office Operations are actions that can be performed on a transaction directly from the Transaction Details window. To access the available operations, open the Transaction Details window by clicking on the transaction in the search results list.

The operations available vary depending on the transaction type being viewed. Not all back office operations are applicable to every transaction type.

Performing a Back Office Operation

To perform a back office operation, click the desired action button (for example, Capture or Refund) in the Transaction Details window.

A dialog appears allowing you to configure the operation before submission. The following fields are available:

  • Amount – Modify the transaction amount if required. By default, the original transaction amount is used.
  • Usage – Specify the usage description for the operation.
  • Transaction ID – Override the transaction ID if needed. If left unchanged, the original transaction ID is used.
  • Memo – Add an optional memo note to the transaction.

Once the required fields are completed, click Submit to execute the back office operation.


Operation Result

If the operation is completed successfully, a confirmation dialog is displayed.

From this dialog, you can copy:

  • The UUID of the newly created transaction
  • The Transaction ID specified during submission

General

The General tab provides a high‑level summary of the transaction and is typically the first place to review transaction information.
