Entity View

This screen shows the Account area with the ENTITY tab selected at the Merchant level. It is used to review merchant entity details and manage merchant‑specific API Tokens, where permitted.

Where to find this screen

  • In the left navigation menu, select AdminAccount.
  • Select the ENTITY tab at the top of the page.
  • Ensure a Merchant is selected in the hierarchy (PSP → Division → Merchant).

Entity Tab (Merchant Details)

The top section of the page displays key details for the selected merchant entity.

  • Name – The merchant name displayed as the page heading.
  • ID – The unique identifier for the merchant entity.
  • Type – The entity type (shown as MERCHANT).
  • State – The current state of the entity (for example, CONNECTOR_TEST).
  • Creation Date – The date and time when the entity record was created.
  • Description – A short description of the merchant, if configured.

Entity Actions

Action buttons are available in the entity details section. Visibility depends on your user permissions.

  • ADD – Creates a new entity record, where applicable.
  • EDIT – Updates the selected merchant entity details.

Summary

The ENTITY tab at the merchant level provides a consolidated view of merchant details and API token management. It allows you to review entity attributes and manage the API token lifecycle, subject to your assigned permissions.
